Many people think that they can’t change career. That once you have embarked on a path it’s tough to change. Well maybe. But in fact if you want to change and use your transferable skills and experience to support children in Devon, there are opportunities.
Learning Mentors can make a huge difference to young people in a range of ways and never was that more true than for the team of Learning Mentors at ACE Schools, part of Transforming Futures Trust.
As the end of this term draws to a close it seems that COVID has continued to dominate much of our work and the lives of our families at ACE. We have seen unprecedented staff levels of positive cases, certainly the highest since the start of the pandemic and as a result would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our staff, families and pupils for their unrelenting support through this.

Currently at ACE schools Plymouth we are continuing to provide our students with opportunities of Vocational Learning at a number of centres across the city. These providers have worked with ACE for over 10 years and these relationships improve year on year to benefit our students.
